I am a senior and my husband and I both have health issues. We live on low income. We don't have the funds to get at least 5 or more trees close to our house removed before they damage or harm us. Please, is there a solution or volunteer help in Fort Washington, MD? Is there volunteer help to cut down trees?

A couple of suggestions:  (1) Contact the Area on Aging nearest you. They do offer help to seniors for home repair, especially if there is a dangerous situation, which it sounds like you have. Also check to see if there is an office of Rebuilding Together near you -- they help low income seniors with home repair. Finally, this article about Grants for Home Repair can give you some additional tips and leads to resources you might find in your area.
