A birth defect lead to total hearing loss in one of my ears. Are there any business grants for the hearing impaired?

The Small Business Administration actually has made an effort to reach out to deaf and hearing impaired entrepreneurs. Citing the fact that there are already over 335,000 such people who own their own businesses they want to encourage others to do the same.
