How can a male senior who is alone and disabled, on social security, get help paying bills, such as electric, water, etc.? Can a disabled senior get money for bills for home?

Unfortunately you have more company than you can imagine. But there are some helpful options available.  If you need money for repairs to your home you can find a number of them at Grants for Home Repair. More general and extensive  information specifically for seniors is in Grants for Seniors.  You should certainly also go to disability.gov for information. It is an up to date, well organized site that is designed not only for the disabled abut also for those who care for them. And they are very specific about recommending resources of many kinds in your local area.
