We are a non-profit set up exclusively to help victims of recent back-to-back floods and who have exhausted all of the other available help resources. We are looking for grants to help us. Our non-profit (Blanco River Regional Recovery Team) is needing funds to continue helping some 400 families recover from back-to-back major floods - May and October 2015 - that have exhausted all their other aid resources. We have already helped many but need funding to do more. Grants for non-profit funding to support flood victims?

Sounds like you are providing a much needed service. There are lots of sources for non-profits to find grants, especially if you are a 501c3. You canvfind a useful overview here.  You might also try crowdfunding on sites like gofundme, and see if you can get it publicized in area news media.
