Has anybody heard of that? When I get enough equipment, I like to be incorporated in my county's vocational program. But the cost of equipment, earth movers, is a big setback. I am in Northeast Indiana teaching kids about their environment. When Obama was President, there was a grant that matched startup money. You just need to show a profit for 10 years and you don't have to pay that back. Are there startup grants for profitable, decade-old businesses?

I am not aware of a federal grant that will match startup money.

In general, a profitable, decade-old business is not considered a startup. But the fact that you are an existing business that is making a profit should make it easier for you to find loans and possibly some kinds of grants. This article about Grants for Business provides a great overview of the opportunities that may be available to you.

I would also recommend that you check your state's website and see what types of grants might be aailable. Sinde you are providing an important service that helps kids and the environment might qualify you for a grant provided by Indiana.
