I'm retired and living on SS only. My home is in desperate need of foundation and windows. My electric bill is really bad. I have one window unit and try to use it only when extremely hot. I'm in Texas. Is there help for foundation and windows for elderly in my area? I'm very low income and don't know who to contact for help
Unfortunately you are not alone -- a lot of folks need help. One good place to start to look for programs that could help you is on your state's website.
