My dog has a large mast cell tumor that needs to be removed with possible after care. Are there grants for people's pets to have surgery?

Sorry to hear that. There are a number of groups that provide assistance for veterinary care, but I have only come across one that might help pay for surger. Check out The Pet Fund to see if your dog might qualify for their help.
