The Beltline ia a total revamp of Downtown Atlanta & surronding neighborhoods. Older buildings turned into lofts, New Schools, Parks, Shopping Center, Lakes etc Neighborhoods with house 50/60 years old being remodled. I purchased a fixer-upper and need financial assistance to repair a single family house located on The Beltline in Atlanta,Ga Are there Grants available monies for repairing houses located in The Beltline Atlanta,Ga.

Hi Beau, I'm sorry you apparently didn't get to take advantage of a special mortgage program that is available to folks buying fixer-uppers, allowing you to incorporate the project cost of the repairs into your mortgage. But if your property is located in a special redevelopment area of Atlanta you should check the Georgia state website and also contact your local Community Development Agency. They may have money available from a block grant targeted for improving the community.

You could also check out Grants for Home Repair for other options to get funding for your repairs.
